RETURNS & EXCHANGE
♥ RETURN POLICY
We accept returns and exchanges for 30 days after receipt! If you dont like item or its not fit, you can contact us via email support@Pulushop.com
and we will help you to provide return process. 100% of item price will be refunded after we'll receive items back to our storage.
Damaged, incorrect or lost Items may be returned for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of receipt. Feel free to ask us any questions regarding size, fit, style, condition, etc via our contact us or email:support@Pulushop.com
✔ Items must be returned within 30 days of the receipt.
✔ All items must be unworn and unwashed, with any original tags attached.
✔ All intimates, swimwear, underwear, earring, makeup items are final sale and cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons .
✔ Items from category "SALE" is final sale and cannot be returned.
✔ Custumer must provide tracking number of returning items.
✔ Refunds must be refunded to the original payment method. If that is unavailable, we will give you online store credit.
✔ You are responsible for the return shipping cost, and all shipping charges are non-refundable.
✔ We do accept exchanges!
● Do I get a refund if I don't collect my order?
If you did not pick up your order from postal office within 7-14 days it will be sended back to us. We will do 100% refund exept delivery cost and only after our receipt.
● Do I get refund if I didn’t received order because of mistake in address?
Please check your full name, phone number and address before payment, because courier may have problem with delivery. If you did mistake, contact us as soon as possible, before order were shipped. In case that order shipped by wrong name or address, we will do refund the same way as the previous case “didn’t picked up order”
Only after postal office will return it to us we can resend/exchange order or refund 100% of price exept delivery costs.
● Should I pay shipping cost for return?
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
● I received wrong color/size/item or broken but don’t want to return it?
If we did mistake and sent incorrect or damaged item to you, we’re fully responsible for that. And if you don’t want to return item by some reason, you can contact us and we will make refund 100% of item price exept shipping charges, or you can choose another item for that price (not including shipping charges) it’s very easy!

♥ RETURN PROCESS:
Once we have received the return order, we will process it within 7 days. Your refund will be credit back to the original method of payment used to place the order. If that is unavailable then you will be refunded to an online store credit. Refunds may take an additional 5-7 days depending on your bank.
